Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, while standard shipping takes 4-7 days. We currently ship within the United States only — or pick up free at our Melrose store.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review all product details, photos, and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Absolutely. You can bring your items into our Melrose or Lancaster locations for an in-person appraisal, or reach out to us via Instagram DM. We offer cash or store credit (at a higher premium).
