1. Asset Availability & Pricing

Due to the hyper-limited availability of our inventory, adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An asset is only secured once checkout is successfully completed and authorized. Prices are subject to market volatility and may adjust dynamically.

2. Intellectual Property

The cinematic designs, typographic layouts, and structural blueprints of the SNEAKERHEAD platform are the exclusive intellectual property of SNEAKERHEAD LLC. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or reproduction will trigger immediate legal action.

3. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to cancel any order if our security algorithms detect algorithmic botting, suspicious high-risk IP routing, or reshipper exploitation. We are dedicated to placing our archive directly into the hands of real collectors.
